Perfect for chopping smaller amounts of ingredients, the boards are colour coded and feature index-style tabs to indicate which food type they should be used for to prevent dangerous cross-contamination. They all have non-slip feet and sloped edges to catch any stray juices. The four boards fit into a holder which can be kept on the kitchen counter, taking up no more space than a slim cookbook.
