The Eva Solo Angled Knife Stand incorporates a specially designed flexible folding plastic insert which holds knives and other kitchen utensils in place. This design allows for storage of any size knife. The insert can easily be removed from the stand, then unfolded and cleaned, by hand or in the dishwasher.
